Raw hair — our Archetype collection — is 100% unaltered, un-steamed single-donor hair; it arrives exactly as it grew, with natural variation in wave pattern and tone between bundles. Virgin hair — our Contour collection — is also single donor and chemically unprocessed, but steam-aligned using pure water vapour and precise thermal control into a perfectly uniform pattern that matches across every bundle.

Yes. Because the hair is raw and unaltered, it lifts to high blonde shades and takes colour flawlessly. Chemical processing does, however, alter the structural bonds of any human hair, so we strongly advise a licensed professional colourist. Colouring, bleaching or cutting carried out by an unauthorised third party voids our manufacturing fault policy.

For lengths up to 20", two to three bundles is typical. From 22" upward we recommend three to four to keep the ends full, as longer hair naturally tapers. A frontal or closure should be counted in addition to this.

With correct care, Cévine hair is intended to last years rather than a single install. Its lifespan depends almost entirely on maintenance: gentle sulphate-free cleansing, lightweight products, heat kept under 220°C, silk protection at night, and clean, dry storage in your Cévine silk bag between installs.

Raw hair is single-donor and never steamed into a uniform pattern, so slight variations between pieces are a mark of purity rather than a defect. We hand-match every order prior to dispatch for the closest possible blend. If you require absolute pattern consistency, we recommend the Contour (Virgin) collection.

Cévine is a UK-exclusive house. Every order is prepared and quality-checked before dispatch, with delivery typically arriving within six to eight days of ordering. Atelier Draft commissions are hand-matched to order and take fourteen to twenty-one days.

Lengths from 34" to 40" are not stocked. You submit a private enquiry stating tier, length, texture, density and any event date; we source and hand-match a single-donor set and confirm price before anything is committed. Lead time is fourteen to twenty-one days.
