Supply Chain & Single-Donor Sourcing

Cévine sources raw and virgin hair directly from ethical private channels across Southeast Asia. Unlike multi-donor networks that rely on middle-market brokers to obscure trace lines, our model bypasses unregulated intermediaries entirely.

We operate a direct-to-artisan model in which hair is harvested only with written, verified consent under ethical trading structures.

Due Diligence Protocols

Direct sourcing audits: annual evaluations of our partner facilities and community collectives to verify safe working environments and voluntary labour.

Fair-trade compensation: every donor is compensated directly at localised fair-trade premium rates that support community development and eliminate economic coercion.

Zero broker engagement: spot-market commodity sourcing is banned, and unvetted material batches are rejected at collection.

Accountability & Training

Any employee, agent or supplier found to breach our non-exploitation standards faces immediate review and, where warranted, full contractual severance. Our procurement handlers receive specialised training on the early indicators of exploitation.
